Campaign allows you to orchestrate communication campaigns via email or SMS to clients.
The Campaign tab provides the ability to schedule and distribute personalized messages, either by email or SMS.
This feature provides the ability to craft tailored messages and encourage customers to leave a Google review, which improves the business' visibility and online reputation.
This tab makes it easy to request reviews directly from your customers, thus promoting customer engagement and local SEO.
To get started, click on “Campaign”. You will arrive on this page:
You will need to select the business for which you want to request a review by clicking on "Business", then selecting the business you would like to ask reviews for.
Once the business selected, you will have to write the first and last name as well as the email or phone number of the client, depending on whether the message will be sent by email or SMS.
By clicking on "Add", you will be able to add the contact details of another client.
If you have a long list of clients, it is possible to import a file (XSLX/CSV) by clicking on“Import a file”.
Afterwards, you must check the box “I confirm…” box and then click on “continue".
Following this, you will be redirected to this page where you will have the opportunity to write the subject line and the message.
You will also have the option to use review request templates by clicking on "Use a template".
A window will appear. Simply click on the template you wish to use.
You can also opt to create new templates by clicking on "edit templates".
Once on this page, click on "New template". You will be able to name the template and write your own text.
Click "Save" once the template is completed. Note that the link your customers will use to leave a review will be inserted at the end of the message if you haven't added it manually.
Your new template will now appear in the list.
After selecting the template you would like to use, make sure the review filtering is enabled as in the image below (blue indicator to the right), then click on "Review and send".
Once on this page, all you have to do is click on “Send”.
That's it! You can now start sending review requests to your clients and increase your online reputation.
