Reconnect a Google Business Profil

If you can't connect to Google, these are two main things to check:

  1. If you grant required accesses
  2. If you have required rights


You'll find below what to do to check and solve the problem.

Check if you grant required accesses


1. Go to Google in your browser


2. If you are not already, connect to the Google account associated to your Google Business Profile


3. Click on your profile


4. Click on "Manage your Google account"


5. Go to "Security"


6. On this page, in "Your connections to third-party apps & services", click on "See all connections"


7. If you see Dilypse in the list then click on Dilypse


If you don't, contact us.


8. Check if Dilypse has "See, edit, create and delete your Google business listings" rights


If Dilypse does not have these rights, contact us.

Check if you have required rights


1. Go to Google in your browser



2. If you are not already, connect to the Google account associated to your Google Business Profile


3. Click the "Google apps" icon


4. Check that you have "Business Profile Manager"


If you don't see "Business Profile Manager", contact us.


If you see "Business Profile Manager", then:


1. Click on "Business Profile Manager"


You then have two possibilities:

  • You manage a single business and access the "My business" page
  • You manage several businesses and access the "Business profil manager" page


If you access the "My business" page, you'll see the page below. If so, keep following the steps.

If you don't, go to "If you access the "Business profil manager" page" section.


2. Click on the 3 dots menu


3. Go to "Business Profile Settings"


4. Go to "People and access"


5. Check you are in the list with one of the following accesses: manager, owner or primary owner


If not, you need to contact one of the owners in the list so he adds you in "People and access" from his profile.


To do so, he cas follow the 4 steps above, then click on "Add" and add your Google account.

If you access the "Business profil manager" page


a. Go to "Manage users"


b. Check you are listed as: manager, owner or primary owner.


If not, you need to contact one of the owners in the list so he adds you as user from his profile.


To do so, he can use "MANAGE USERS" on the page above and add your Google account.

You have the required rights and access


If you conclude that:

  1. You grant the required accesses
  2. You have the required rights


Then to connect your Google Business Profile, you have to contact us.
