How to use the reputation tab?

The "Reputation" tab allows you to keep an eye on all the reviews left by customers across your Google pages.

Having a good online reputation and positive reviews on Google is crucial to influencing consumer perception and trust in your business.

This can attract new customers, retain existing customers, and improve local positioning.

Positive reviews act as social proof, showing that others have had good experiences, thereby encouraging prospects to choose your company.

In short, a solid reputation and favorable reviews can boost revenue and strengthen market position.

To get started with managing your reviews, click on "Reputation".

You will then be redirected to this page.

You will have access to the various
reviews left by customers along with the number of stars associated with each review.

At the top of this page, you will have access to two important tabs: Establishments and Ratings.

Establishments

Click on "Establishment".

Then, you will have access to this small tab, which lists all of your establishments.

It allows you to filter reviews by establishment, by selecting the establishment(s) you want to view.

Ratings

Click on "Ratings".

You will have access to this small tab, which lists ratings from 1 star to 5 star.

This allows you to
filter the reviews based on the stars assigned to them.

It is important to know that the two filters can be
used together.

You also have the option to
respond to reviews by clicking in the designated area.

Once the response is written, simply click on "Send". It will be published directly on Google.

That's it! You now know how to view, filter, and respond to your reviews.
